Laleh Mohmedi is the artist behind these popular food art characters served on a platter. Laleh Mohmedi started Jacob's food diaries which is named after her son, who was a fussy eater. A mother's love to indulge her son into healthy food eating habits turned into beautiful food art stories. Popular cartoon characters like Jessie from Toy Story, Singer Beyonce, Witch from Cinderella are beautifully created on a platter with edible food items. We certainly don't feel like eating such lovely food art looking at all the hard-work which goes into creating them. Jacob's Food Diaries has became a global success allowing Laleh to collaborate with major production companies including Disney, Nickelodeon, Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox and Jamie Oliver.
