Portrait Paintings : Gajanan Nirphale is an Indian artist and illustrator from Mumbai. Gajanan Nirphale's greatest inspiration was his sister, who works as an art teacher. He followed her footsteps(even though he hails from a non-artistic background) and became an illustrator and artist after earning a degree in Applied arts in Aurangabad. He currently works at DNA new media as an Illustrator. Gajanan Nirphale recently came up with a interesting painting portraits of Bollywood celebrities. He picked out some of his favourite characters from bollywood movies and gave them a new look through his stunning watercolor paintings. His bollywood portrait paintings have been well accepted in the art circle and he is well recognised by the top bigwigs in the cine industry. Recently, Riteish Deshmukh had appreciated the artist for his work through twitter. His paintings are unique, since they have a touch of blue in almost all his portrait paintings.
