Realism Painting
Surrealism was on of the biggest art movements which took place in France in the early 1920's. It's pure thoughts of the human mind or rather the innermost creativity of the human brain. Surreal paintings allow the artists to explore the realism in their subjective minds. Kevin Sloan is one of our favorite realism painting artist, his surreal paintings are humorous, since he uses real life objects portrayed in a certain way, which definitely tickles our funny bones. Kevin Sloan mostly uses animals and birds in his surreal art and the characters do the most unimaginable things. Artist, Kevin Sloan was born in Denver and loves to use acrylics on canvas. He graduated in BFA(Painting) at Tyler School of Art. His surreal paintings are a symbolism of the relationship between nature and the modern world. His realism paintings are held by numerous private and public collections worldwide which includes the Museum of Fine Arts, Santa Fe, New Mexico, Tampa Museum of Art, Tampa, Florida and the Tucson Museum of Art, Tucson, Arizona and so on.
